Cancellation Policy
No Show/No Call/ Cancellation Fee: If appointment is
cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, you will be
charged a 25% fee. Emergencies happen, please make
sure to communicate before you cancel so we
can rebook and waive the fee.
Grace Period: All clients are given a 15 minute grace
period, showing up 15 minutes late will result in a solid
color only or cancelled appointment.
